Extreme! Pandemic Plan Exercises
You have a plan in place for a pandemic situation – time to test it. This session will cover exercises that are suitable for any organization including initial crisis response team activities, manual and infrared scanner screenings, establishing isolation rooms, managing employee work status and developing a strategy for continued operations. Also, examples of a well-planned exercise schedule will be shared as well as assignments and pre-exercise approvals. Samples of materials will also be shared such as a video scenario, colored tags, exercise briefings and presentations.
